A GOD WHO PROVIDES

Roses and lilies, sparrows and swallows, bees and ants, never seem to worry about the future. Their needs are guaranteed by Him who provides for our needs. We can rest in the knowledge that He who made the supreme sacrifice to rescue us from eternal death is aware of our todays and our tommorrows, and has made provision for our necessities even before we call.

Looking at a field of lilies, Jesus admonished, "Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: yet I say unto you, that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. But if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?" Matthew 6:28-30 ASV
