With a fork make holes in the pie crust cover.
Bake in oven at 350 F until crust is golden brown.
Garnish with tomato rose and fresh parsley.
To make a Tomato rose:
Using a sharp knife, carefully peel skin from tomato.
Care must be taken that the peel does not break until you are ready to form rose.
Allow the peeling to form a coil.
